We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to our customers worldwide. No minimum purchase is required—the price you see is the price you pay.

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
• Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 7:00 PM are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Operating Days: Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• Direct Dispatch: To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship directly from our global warehouses as soon as your order is processed.
Note: During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1-3 days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Our goal is to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 10-25 business days after the shipment is processed.
• Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and local postal efficiency.
• Force Majeure: Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, or other acts of God, shall not be grounds for compensation or claims.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number typically becomes active and searchable within 72 hours.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
NOVAHUG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer according to local regulations.

6. DAMAGES & REPLACEMENTS
If you receive a damaged product, we are here to help:
1. Please take a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
2. Email the photos to sales@eshine.group immediately.
3. Important: We will only replace damaged goods if reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
